Case No. 2:25-cv-05423 Judge Vera granted a temporary restraining order barring the Los Angeles Police Department from obstructing journalists or using ammunition and crowd-control weapons against journalists. Rejecting the administration’s argument that no emergency exists, the court found that the ongoing protests and daily media coverage established that “the identified harm is undoubtedly imminent and concrete.” |
